Please contact me using the enquiry form below to briefly share the context in which you are seeking support. I have a “Therapy Information Leaflet” that I am happy to email you if you would like a clear understanding of therapy and how I work.

I will respond to you with my availability for an initial session that will allow us to get to know each other a little and for you to ask any questions you may have.

If it feels right, we can arrange a regular session time. There is no obligation to continue working with me if you decide I am not the right therapist for you, and I will be happy to recommend other counsellors/support services that may be of help.
